DARPA Wants To Bust Whistleblowers With “Disinformation Technology”


          In a recent paper for the DoD’s technological research arm, contractors note that they have constructed “a prototype for automatically generating and distributing believable misinformation … and then tracking access and attempted misuse of it.” “We call this ‘disinformation technology.’” the paper continues. The idea behind the ‘disinformation technology’ is to bury important information within reams of fake and worthless data that has been bugged to alert the powers that be whenever anyone attempts to view it. Such methods also include enticing potential insider operators with dummy online bank accounts or server passwords. In a separate paper, Salvatore Stolfo, the Columbia University computer science professor who worked on the programme, notes that another fog computing method is to set up fake Facebook and Twitter accounts and flood people’s social network feeds with disinformation.... 


얼마전 infowars.com 에서 알려진 국가적 차원의 정책중, 잘못된 정보를 흘려보내 사회적으로 이슈화되고 있는 Social network system 을 통해 그 잘못된 정보를 사회적 진리로 받아들이게 하는 기술이 개발되었다고 발표되었다. 여기서 정말 중요하게 생각 해야 할 것은, 우리가 받아들이고 있는 복음에도 정말 많은 부분에서, 예를 들어 현재 NIV 성경과 King James Version 성경에서 많은 부분 차이를 보이고 있듯, 잘못된 정보 Disinformation Technology를 통해 많은 부분 성도들을 공격하고 있다는 점이다. 깨어 분별하며 기도 해야 하겠다.
